Medium - Sized Enterprises
Medium sized enterprises typically comprise teams of people reporting to various grades of management up to a Senior or Board team, with each Department individually represented on the Senior Management Team by one or more Senior Managers. Regardless of economic sector all medium sized enterprises are exposed to a similar range of potential problems, most of which can be reduced down to a common factor – communications. We at FPM have developed strong internal communication techniques to enhance the competitiveness of medium sized enterprises. We advise medium sized enterprises how to put in place appropriate management structures and management information systems to enhance the effectiveness of their business. We regularly attend monthly meetings and prepare monthly and quarterly accounts with commentary to assist in the management and future strategic direction of medium sized enterprises. |
