  • Developed working relationships with HM Revenue & Customs (“HMRC”), Serious Organised Crime Agency (“SOCA”) and offshore financial institutions.
  • Analytical review of clients’ bank accounts and accounting records.
  • Preparation of enquiry reports and submission of same to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and SOCA.
  • Preparing clients for HMRC and SOCA meetings.
  • Negotiating tax settlements with HMRC and SOCA.
 
 
Inheritance Tax Planning:

  • Advising clients in relation to their exposure to inheritance tax.
