- Institute of Bankers in Ireland.

- Negotiating the sale / purchase of private companies.

- Devising recovery / restructuring plans.
Relevant Experience:
- Typically completes M&A transactions with an aggregate value in excess of £100 million each year across all sectors of the economy including property, construction services, distribution, food processing, engineering, retail and hotels.
- Pioneer of highly-leveraged hotel development finance and managed EIB Loan Schemes as well as sourcing debt and private equity finance from a wide range of providers throughout the UK and Ireland.
- Over twenty-five years’ experience of project appraisal for the public sector, banks and private investors.
- Performing the role of ‘trusted advisor’ to boards of directors in the private and public sectors either on an ongoing basis or for a specific task such as challenging results, assisting with succession planning or advising on complex financial restructuring (e.g. to settle a pension scheme deficit).
- Over twenty-five years’ experience of company rescues based upon a disciplined approach towards situational analysis, agreed action and ongoing monitoring.
