Background Originally from Newry, Esther joined FPN in September 1999 as a trainee chartered accountant. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland in 2004. She was promoted to Senior Manager in the Audit and Accounts Department in 2006.
Relevant Experience Audit: - Statutory audit of companies limited by shares and companies limited by guarantee with extensive experience in the audit of charitable companies.
Accounts: - Preparation of financial statements for sole traders, partnerships and audit exempt companies specialising in solicitors accounts.
Grants: - Preparation and audit of grant claims with particular experience in the audit of grant claims for submission to Invest NI.
Company Secretarial: - All NI company secretarial matters including the formation of new companies.
Other: - Assistance to FPM clients in respect of financial verification of grant claims.
- Assistance on Company Secretarial Matters including formation of limited companies.
- Preparation of personal, partner and corporation tax returns.
- Audit and preparation of Solicitor Accounts ensuring compliance with Solicitor Regulations.
