Quality Policy

The Managing Partner, Partner and staff of FPM, Chartered Accountants strive to:
  • Achieve, sustain and improve the actual high quality of services provided in a manner that will continually meet the stated, implied and perceived need of the Practice's Clients in a cost effective way.
  • Provide a documented assurance to Clients that the intended quality of service will be, is being and has been achieved.
  • To achieve these objectives the Managing Partner of FPM, Chartered Accountants has decided to implement a Quality System conforming to BS5750 Part 1: 1987 together with meeting the requirements and guidelines of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and relevant legislation as detailed in this Quality System Policy Manual.
The Quality System will be used by all staff from 12/04/93 on all assignments where Accountancy and Business Consultancy Services are provided by FPM (hereinafter called the Practice). The Managing Partner delegates the task of developing the Quality System to the Quality System Manager and its implementation to all staff. 

Compliance with the requirements of the documented Quality System is mandatory for all staff.
