 FPM commences trading at 98 Hill Street, Newry with Feargal McCormack as Principal and a part time   secretary.  Official opening 19th & 20th August 1991.

 June 1993

 FPM become the first chartered accountancy business and consultancy business in Ireland to be awarded Quality  Accreditation ISO 9001 in respect of the operation of accountancy and business consultancy services.

 3.  August 1993          FPM move to new offices (FPM House) at 3 Downshire Road.
 4.  September 1994      FPM admitted to Independent Accounts International (IA International)
 5.  November 1994  Newry Office Building of the Year in Newry 850 Celebrations.
 6.  March 1995  FPM became the 10th business in Northern Ireland and the first accountancy consultancy business in Ireland to achieve Investor in People status.
 7.  May 1995  Paddy Harty admitted as Equity Partner.
 8.  February 1996  First FPM digital multi-media CD Rom Presentation.
 9.  July 1996  First FPM Independent Customer Satisfaction Survey commissioned.
10.  December 1996  Annual Employee Satisfation Survey introduced.

12.  December 1998  Feargal McCormack appointed to the Board of Intertrade Ireland.

14.  August 2000      FPM Inaugural sponsorship of Newry Wheelers 3 Day International Cross Border Cycle Race.
15.  October 2000  Nicola Quinn and Michelle Hawkins appointed FPM Salaried Partners.

 20. September 2001/November 2001  Unique exam success, FPM trainees Esther Rogers and Gerard O'Callaghan came first in two out of the three ICAI Professional Exams.  Esther Rogers first in Professional 2 Exams.  Gerard O'Callagahn First in Northern Ireland in FAE Exams.

 22.  April 2002  Feargal McCormack elected Chairman of the Ulster Society of Chartered Accountants.
 23.  January 2003      New Senior Management Team Appointed.

 25.  October 2003  Opportunity Now Award for promoting Women Opportunities in the Workplace.
 26.  January 2004  International Service Microscope Benchmarking Initiative commissioned and results concluded that "FPM Chartered Accountants are both a world class organisation and at the top end of the industry sector.  The Practise and Performance Index scores of 88% and 92% respectively show that they are an exemplar company for others to emulate'
 27.  January 2004  FPM relocate to new state-of-the-art Newry Office at Dromalane Mill.
 28.  April 2004  FPM won "Best Small-Medium Sized Enterprise Award" at the Belfast Telegraph Northern Ireland Business Awards 2004.
 29.  June 2004  FPM won Excellence in Business Practice Award and also Best Business Premises Award at inaugural Newry Business Awards.  Feargal McCormack was also awarded jointly with Gerard O'Hare, a Special Commitment to Newry Award.
 30.  September 2004  FPM appointed Approved Service Providers in ten categories of NI Public Sector Framework Contract.
 31.  October 2004      FPM open new Dungannon Office at 25 Georges Street, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone.
 32.  April 2005  FPM transfer Business other than RoI Audit to FPM Accountants LLP and new RoI partnership formed: Feargal McCormack and Paddy Harty t/a FPM Partnership.
 33.  July 2005  FPM launch "FPM Tax Now" folder.
 34.  November 2005  FPM become first Irish firm to win Accountancy Age "UK Small Firm of the Year.
 35.      January 2006  FPM acquire Dundalk Chartered Accountancy practice Liam Coleman t/a Liam Coleman and Co and move to new Dundalk offices at 17A Francis Street, Dundalk.

 48.  December 2006     Feargal McCormack appointed a Patron of Special Olympics Ireland.
 49.  January 2007  FPM open new Belfast Office at 1-3 Arthur Street.
 50.  January 2007  FPM Corporate Finance Ltd launched with Wilson Gillepsie as Chairman and Jarlath Quinn as Lead Advisor.
 51.  March 2007  FPM "Highly Commended" in two categories in the NI Business Awards 2007 namely "Business Team of the Year" and "Excellence in Service to Business".
 52.  April 2007  FPM became the first Irish firm to be short-listed in the UK Taxation Awards 2007.
 53.  April 2007  Michelle Hawkins appointed Chairperson of Business in the Community - Newry region.
 54.  May 2007  Janette Burns, Karen Coulter and Ruairi Martin appointed FPM Associate Partners.
 55.  May 2007  FPM became the first Irish practice to be short listed to Lexis Nexis UK Taxation Awards 2007 general practice category.
 56.  June 2007  FPM won the Inaugural Irish News Awards Cross Border Employer of the Year Award.
 57.  October 2007  The Irish News / FPM Business Seminar Series Launched.  Upwards of 1,000 people attended 3 seminars hosted at 4 locations, namely, Belfast, Newry, Dungannon and Dundalk.
 58.  November 2007  FPM Corporate Recovery, Restructuring and Insolvency Division Launched.
 59.  February 2008  FPM launch Business Accounting Solutions (BAS) to help businesses meet their accounting needs.
 60.  May 2008  Michael Farrell appointed Associate Partner.
 61.  May 2008  FPM win the Best General Tax Practice in the UK Award at the Lexis Nexis UK Taxation Awards 2008, held in the Hilton Park Lane, Hotel, London.

 63.  June 2008  Due to growing business requirements, FPM relocate their Dundalk office to new premises at FPM Penthouse Suite, Block 5, Quayside Business Park, Dundalk.
 64.  June 2008  FPM win the Managing Talent Award and the Work Life Balance Award at the prestigious Irish News Workplace and the Employment Awards 2008.
 65.  17th November 2008  FPM celebrated the 100% achievement of their magnificent 7 staff.  The staff were Phillip Gibson, Mary McKinley, Conor Sweeney, Claire Kilpatrick, Malachy Mackin, Rachael Stanfield, and Orlagh Gillespie (nee Brannigan) who all passed their Final Admitting Exam of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland at their first attempt
 66.  December 2008  FPM announces strategic alliance with Ashtree Financial Services to provide clients with the very highest quality of independent financial advice.
 67.  May 2009  FPM anounce the appointment of six new Equity Partners from within the existing staff, namely: Teresa Campbell, Michelle Hawkins, Janette Burns, Alison Burnside, Ruairi Martin and Michael Farrell to join Feargal McCormack and Paddy Harty.
 68.  November 2009  FPM win the UTV / Business Eye Business Consultancy of the Year Award 2009.
 69.  May 2010  FPM appoint two new Associate Partners from within existing staff, namely: Brenda O'Hare and Anne Marie Gribben.
 70.      June 2010 FPM Rescue and Business Recovery Partner Alison Burnside and FPM Director Seamas Keating achieve exam success in the Irish Diploma in Insolvency to add to their UK Licenced Insolvency Practitioner accreditation.
 71  August 2010  Due to growing business requirements, FPM relocate their Dungannon office to new premises at Howard House, 30 Northland Row, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, BT71 6AP.
 72.  October 2010  FPM Tax Director Anne Rooney won a UK National Training Award organised by the Department of Employment and Learning.
 73.  October 2010  FPM win the Best Customer Service Award at the Chamber of Commerce Louth Business Awards 2010.
 74.  March 2011  FPM Million Makers Team who participated in The Prince's Trust 'Million Makers' Corporate Challenge published an Essential Business Tips Magazine and in the process raised £11,150 for The Prince's Trust.
 75.  April 2011 Upward of 400 delegates attended the Irish News/FPM Post Budget Breakfast Seminar with a difference at the Quays Omniplex, Newry on 5th April
 76.  June 2011  IGAF Polaris, a global association of independent accounting firms, of which FPM is a member announces a new merger arrangement on 1st June 2011, which resulted in it becoming the third largest association of independent accounting firms in the world with a combined annual revenue of $1.82 bn, 384 member firms, 2,400 partners, 16,300 employees and 843 offices in 89 countries around the globe.
 77.  June 2011  FPM Chartered Accountants won the "Best Place to Work" Award for medium organisations at the prestigious Irish News Workplace and Employment Awards 2011 on 16th June 2011.
 78.  July 2011  FPM launch island billboard advertising campaign, highlighting their branding association of "To Serve" and 20 years of excellence with the caption "FPM Chartered Accountants, Serving Business and the Community since 1991..."
 79.  August 2011  FPM host a family friendly breakfast at their Newry office at the Quays, on 20th August 2011 to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the establishment of FPM Chartered Accountants on 20th August 1991.

 81.  October 2011 FPM Managing Partner, Feargal McCormack was appointed a Visiting Professor at the University of Ulster, Ulster Business School for a four year period, commencing 1 October 2011.
 82.  October 2011 FPM win the Excellence in People Development Category in the NI Chamber of Commerce regional business Awards.
 83.  October 2011 For the second successive year, FPM won the "Best Customer Service Award"  at the Louth Business Awards on Saturday 15th October 2011.
 84.  November 2011 FPM are selected to be the Accountancy and Business Consultancy Champion Firm, within the NI Management and Leadership Network.
 85.  February 2012 Leading International Entrepreneur Denis O’Brien was the Keynote Speaker in a chat with TV Presenter Gerry Kelly at the FPM 20th Anniversary Leadership Talk, held as part of the Management Leadership Network, Management Month initiative in association with the Ulster Business School, at the University of Ulster, Belfast Campus on Friday 3 February 2012.
 86.     March 2012 FPM Managing Partner, Feargal McCormack was invited by President Barack Obama and Mrs Michelle Obama as a business representative to a Celebration of Ireland Reception in the White House in honour of St. Patrick’s Day on Tuesday 20 March 2012.
 87.     March 2012 FPM Managing Partner, Feargal McCormack was invited to deliver the Provost’s Annual Business Lecture at the Coleraine Campus on Wednesday 25 March 2012 on the theme “Rising to the Business Challenge of Achieving Sustainable Competitiveness”.
 88.     March 2012 FPM Senior Partner, Paddy Harty launched a new FPM Tax App highlighting UK and RoI tax rates together with tax planning opportunities.  The joint UK / Irish Tax App is a first for Ireland.
 89.     June 2012  IGAF Polaris, the third largest association of accounting firms in the world, of which FPM is a member firm, launched a new brand name “PrimeGlobal”.
 90.  June 2012 FPM win a Highly Commended “Best Place to Work” award at The Irish News Workplace and Employment Awards 2012.
 91.  June 2012 FPM Managing Partner, Feargal McCormack, received the prestigious All Ireland Award from the Institute of Consulting Northern Ireland Region and the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisers (RoI) in recognition of his significant contribution to business and public life in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland over the past 20 years at a “Catching the Rising Tide” Business Lunch held in the Titanic Belfast Centre on Tuesday 19 June 2012.
 92.  November 2012 FPM host a series of Seminars on Recovery Procedures North and South with FPM Partner Alison Burnside and Director Seamas Keating delivering the presentations.
 93.  February 2013 Dr Martin Naughton, President of the Glen Dimplex Group and one of Ireland’s greatest entrepreneurs is the Guest Speaker at the Annual FPM Leadership Talk held in association with the Ulster Business School at the University of Ulster and the Management Leadership Network on 8 February 2013.
 94.  February 2013 FPM with assistance from Business in the Community NI publish a 16 page Corporate Responsibility Review 2013.
 95.  March 2013 FPM host the PrimeGlobal UK and Ireland Managing Partners Group Meeting in Ireland for the first time on 4 / 5 March 2013.
 96.  March 2013 FPM host a Post Budget Breakfast with a difference in association with the Irish News and the University of Ulster Business School with a theme of 10 Tips to reduce tax before the end of the tax year, over 300 delegates attended the event.
